Custom branding: Whitelabel the client portal

The Client Portal can also be white-labeled!

Whitelabeling allows the Client Portal to be hosted at a custom domain with firm branding, logo, and favicon.

Double also provides easy set up for email notifications, sent from a firm's own email address (rather than the default, questions@doublehq.com).
