View submitted receipts in the Client Portal

Files > My receipts

Contacts can view receipts they've submitted by going to Files > My Receipts in the client portal.

This section shows all receipts sent from that contact's phone number or email address as it's listed in Double > Portal Settings.

Mobile app > Uploads

Contacts can also view their submitted receipts in the Double mobile app under Uploads at the bottom of the app screen.

Like the "My receipts" section on the browser version, this reflects receipts sent from the contact's associated phone number or email, as well as files uploaded directly from the mobile app.

Contacts with "Files access"

All contacts with files access will be able to review them in the portal under Files > Client Uploads Inbox.

This folder will show all files currently existing in the Uploads Inbox, even if they did not upload the file themselves.

Files removed from the client uploads inbox will no longer show up in this folder.
