Client Details is a dedicated space for storing key client information, making it easy to reference when needed.
This features is best used for information that team members access regularly. Other types of information can be stored in Client Notes to keep everything organized.
Adding client details
To access a client’s Client Details information, simply click the Info tab within a client’s close page. Add all necessary information under Info > Details, then Save.
Pin client details to the close page
To display client details at the top of the client's close page,
Go to Practice Settings (⚙️)
Select Practice management
Navigate to the Section manager tab
Check the "Show client details" box
The Chrome extension
Access the client's details from any browser tab (including inside the QuickBooks file) with Double's Chrome Extension.
