Track relevant client information with Client Notes.

Client Notes

Client Notes provide a simple way to record and organize client-related information. They can be used to capture meeting notes, document closing or handoff details, or record other important updates.

All notes are fully text-searchable and visible only to the team; clients do not have access to them.


Adding, editing, and deleting notes

To access a client’s Client Details information, simply click the Info tab within a client’s close page.

From the Notes tab, select Add to add a new note, Open to select an existing note, and Delete (red trash icon) to remove a note.


Note edit history

Open an existing note to view the edit history.


Note templates

The meeting note templates feature helps standardize clients' meeting documentation. Once the template is saved, it can be used anytime the team takes meeting notes.

The video below walks through the process of creating a Meeting Note template, and applying it to the client close.


Creating a Note template

To create a new Meeting Note template,

  • Go to Templates

  • Select the Notes tab

  • Choose Add new note template

  • Add info as needed

  • Choose Save Template


Applying a note template

To apply a Meeting Note template,

  • Go to the client's close page

  • Select Info at the top of the page

  • Go to the Notes tab

  • Select the Add button

  • Select the desired template from the drop down at the top right

  • Add any additional info, if needed

  • Select Save to add
