Double keeps a historical list of all email correspondence sent from Double to client contacts.
Accessing a client's email history
Access a list of all emails sent from Double to a client's contact(s) by
Going to the client's close page
Clicking "Message client"
Navigating to the Email History tab
Clicking on the Sent from practice tab
Client emails will show up in Email History for more than one client if the contact has access to more than one client.
For example: Contact Bob Smith has access to Client A & Client B, so an email to Bob Smith will show up in the Email History for Client A & Client B.
Open tracking (See when an email was last opened)
When a client is emailed from the practice email in Double, it is possible to see whether the email has been read using the open tracking feature.
Admin users can enable/disable open tracking under Practice Settings,
Go to your Branding settings under Practice Settings > Client Portal
Select the Practice emails tab
Choose to "Enable open tracking"
Changes to this setting are not applied retroactively to emails that have already been sent.
Email blast history
Emails sent via an email blast are tracked from where the email blast was sent (Practice Settings).
Go to Practice Settings > Client Portal
Under All contacts, select "Send email blast"
Scroll to the bottom of the draft
Expand the "Email History" drop down
If an email blast was just sent and it does not appear in Email History, wait 5 mins, refresh the browser, and check the email history section again before sending the blast a second time.
