Sometimes emails do not need to go out to the client right as they're being drafted. Any email in Double can be scheduled to be sent on a later date.
Scheduling a future email
To do so, click the arrow next to the Send button in the email draft modal.
Review all scheduled emails
All scheduled email are located under the client's Email History "Sent from practice" tab.
Canceling a scheduled email
Cancel a scheduled email under the client's Email History "Sent from practice" tab.
Select "View" to open the scheduled email preview
Select "Cancel send" to cancel the email
Scheduling an email blast (Sending an email to multiple clients)
Scheduling an email blast is done within the email blast modal. This is accessible by admin users only, under Practice Settings > Client Portal > All contacts.
Select "Send email blast"
Enter all details in to the email draft
Select the arrow next to the "Send" button to specify the date and time of the email blast
Review all scheduled email blasts
All scheduled email blasts are located under Practice Settings > Client Portal > All contacts.
Select "Send email blast"
Scroll to the bottom of the modal
Expand the "Email History" drop down
Cancel a scheduled email blast
Canceling a scheduled email blast is done under the email blast history, under Actions > click on the trash icon to remove the scheduled email.
