Creating the same reporting package for multiple clients is made easy by utilizing Report Templates.


Accessing reporting templates

Locate reporting templates through the Template Manager.

From the client list, select Templates > Reporting

From the close page, select the arrows next to the Home button > Templates > Reporting

πŸ’‘ Standard users will not have access to the Template Manager.


Creating a new reporting template

To create a new reporting template,

  • Go to the Template Manager

  • Go to the Reporting tab

  • Select "Add New"

  • Save your work


Editing a reporting template

To make changes to a reporting template,

  • Go to the Template Manager

  • Go to the Reporting tab

  • Select your desired template

  • Make changes as needed

  • Save you work

❗ Any changes made to existing report templates will apply retroactively to all clients that use that template. ❗


Applying a reporting template

Reporting templates can be applied in a number of ways.

From the close page

Under the Reporting tab of the close, users can add a reporting template under Settings > Template

From the Template Manager

Reporting templates can be applied to clients from the Templates Manager by selecting a template and clicking Add to Client.

From Practice Settings

Templates can also be applied under Practice Settings > All Client Settings.

  1. From Practice Settings (βš™οΈ icon)

  2. Select All client settings

  3. Select the Reporting tab

  4. Add a Management Report Template from the list of drop down options
