The Activity Log helps Admins efficiently track all changes made to tasks.
Whenever a task is created, updated, or deleted, the change is automatically recorded, ensuring transparency and accountability across your team. This makes it easier for Admins to monitor task progress and understand what’s been modified.
Admins can access the Activity Log in two places:
Practice Settings
Within the body of the task itself
Accessing the task activity log
From Practice Settings (Admins only)
Navigate to your Practice Settings
Select Activity Log
Filter for Date, User, Client, and Event as needed
From the task (Admins & Managers)
Click on the task to expand it
Select Activity
Filter for Date, User, Client, and Event as needed
💡 If you're not seeing any results when viewing a task activity log, try changing the date range on the Date column filter.
