Task Activity Logs

The Activity Log helps Admins efficiently track all changes made to tasks.

Whenever a task is created, updated, or deleted, the change is automatically recorded, ensuring transparency and accountability across your team. This makes it easier for Admins to monitor task progress and understand what’s been modified.

Admins can access the Activity Log in two places:


Accessing the task activity log

From Practice Settings (Admins only)

  • Navigate to Practice Settings

  • Click on the Activity Log

  • Filter for Date, User, Client, and Event as needed

From the close (Admins & Managers)

  • Click on the task to view its details

  • Select Activity at the top right

  • Filter for Date, User, Client, and Event as needed

💡 If no results appear when viewing a task activity log, try adjusting the date range using the Date filter.
