With Double's Sage Intacct integration, you can manage your Sage Intacct closes alongside your QuickBooks and Xero clients.
Follow the guide below to set up a Sage Intacct client.
Step 1: Subscribe to Web Services in Intacct
In your Sage Intacct client, navigate to Company -> Admin -> Subscriptions.
Look for Web Services, and enable it if it is not already on.
Step 2: Create a User Role
In Intacct, go to Company -> Admin -> Roles and create a new role:
Name: Double Role
Description: Double Web Services User
After saving, configure permissions:
Click the checkbox to select all "Application or module" entries.
For each module row, click "Permissions" and then click "All" to allow all permissions.
Click Save.
Step 3: Create a Web Services Users
In Intacct, go to Company -> Admin -> Web Services Users and add a new user:
User ID: Double
Username: Double
Account Email: an email address where you can receive the user's credentials
Contact Name: create a new contact (do not use one associated with an existing Web Services user). Use “Double” as First Name.
User Type: Business
Admin Privileges: Limited
Under the Roles Information tab, assign the Double Role created in Step 2. You may see a warning about additional charges - this can be ignored.
You will receive the user's password via email. Make sure to log in and change the password before proceeding.
Step 4: Add Double's Sender ID
In Intacct, go to Company → Setup → Company → [Edit] → Security.
Under the "Web Services authorizations" section, add the Sender ID: JensenTechMPP.
Step 5: Authorize the Client Application
Still in Company → Setup → Company → [Edit] → Security, navigate to Authorized Client Applications → Add.
Client ID:

Important: The Web Services User ID field is case-sensitive. Make sure you enter it exactly as it was created.
Step 6: Add the client in Double
Admins can add clients from the client list and connect existing unconnected clients to new files under the close page.
Start by adding a new client in Double from the client list, and choose Sage Intacct.
You can also connect an Unconnected Client if you have already added them by selecting "Connect Ledger" at the top of the close page.
Company ID: use your Intacct client's Company ID.
User ID: User ID from the User you created in Step 3. (Double)
User Password: You should have received this in an email. You may be prompted to change it on creation. Please make sure to make any password changes before authenticating.
Once you have complete that step, your Sage Intacct client should be connected to Double!

In short, Double's Intacct integration is primarily for workflow at the moment and does not currently support the file review tools.
