Client Properties

Client Properties provide a way to track relevant client information. They support structured data as well as file attachments, such as W-9s or engagement letters.


View all client properties

Admins can view all Client Properties under Practice Settings.

  1. Go to Practice Settings (⚙️ icon)

  2. Select All client settings

  3. Select Properties

Client properties are able to be exported to csv.


Add, edit, or delete properties from Practice Settings

  • Select Manage properties

  • Sort, name, edit, and delete existing properties

To add more dropdown options under a given property, click into the property cell and then choose "Edit options."

Client Properties can have the following types:

  • Text

  • Checkbox

  • Attachment

  • Dropdown

  • Date Dropdown

  • User Dropdown

  • $ Value

  • % Value

View the client's properties from the close page under Client Info.


Filter and sort the client list

Utilize client properties to filter and sort the client list.

  • Select Edit columns to add or remove properties from the client list

  • Save your views as needed, so you can return to them later
