Double Academy is a self-paced learning hub designed to help users build expertise with the Double platform. Courses are organized into structured, easy-to-follow content that covers key areas of Double, supporting both team onboarding and continued learning.
Users can sign up directly from their user settings in Double. Remember to enroll in Double Academy using the same email address as your Double account so your progress syncs seamlessly.
For admins, visibility is built in: track user enrollment and course progress directly within Double to support onboarding, ongoing training, and team success.
Whether you’re brand new or leveling up your expertise, Double Academy provides a flexible, consistent way to learn and grow with the Double platform.
Getting started
Creating a free account
To ensure progress is tracked correctly, users must enroll in Double Academy using the same email address associated with their Double account.
Enroll in Double Academy courses in 2 ways:
Create an account via Double > User Settings
Create an account from Double Academy's sign up page
Enrolling via Double

Go to User Settings > Account tab
Scroll to Double Academy
Click "Open" to access Double Academy in a new tab
Signing in with an existing account
To sign into Double Academy with an existing account,
Go to User Settings > Account
Next to Double Academy click "Open"
Click "Sign in" at the top right of the page

Course completion dashboard
Admins can quickly track course enrollment and completion to support onboarding, ongoing training, and consistent adoption efforts across their practice.
Go to Practice Settings > Manage Users
Under the Courses column, click into individual cells to review user progress
The dashboard will show all existing Double Academy courses with a status of Complete or Not Complete.
View my courses
To view a list of all enrolled courses for your user account, access Double Academy through User Settings in Double, sign in with a username and password, and then go to "My Dashboard."

A list of all Double Academy certificates can be accessed under “My Account” in Double Academy > Certificates.
FAQs
How long does it take to complete each course?
Double Academy courses are designed to be self-guided, so students can start, pause, and return at any time. Progress is saved automatically, making it easy to learn at your own pace. While timing may vary, we recommend setting aside about one hour per course to complete all content.
How do I change my Double Academy email address?
To update the email address used to sign into Double Academy,
Sign in to Double Academy
Go to the top right under "My Account"
Under Profile settings, enter the new email
Hit "Save changes"
How do I change my Double Academy password?
To update your academy password,
Sign in to Double Academy
Go to the top right under "My Account"
Under Password settings, enter the new password
Hit "Update"
